We serve all of Bonner County, including Sandpoint, Sagle, Hope, Priest River, and Schweitzer Mountain.
Do you handle difficult terrain?
Yes. Steep slopes and rocky sites are our specialty. We have experienced excavation partners for complex foundations.
What is the timeline for a custom home?
Depending on size, scope and site complexity, most builds in our region take 12-18 months from breaking ground to move-in. With shorter timelines as fast as 10 months. However every projects timeline is unique.
Can you help with land selection?
Absolutely. We offer pre-purchase site walks to help you understand the development costs (power, well, septic, driveway) before you buy.
